Further On, the debut from Warning Light, is a fusion of ambient, lo-fi and drone. Long notes, stretched out over the course of the song gives a mellow, cerebral sound. There are hints of Tangerine Dream’s early ambient sound as well. The album seems to build and get better as it progresses along. This is an exceptional minimalist album to chill out to and drift away into the ether.
