fantastic indie folk!!
Beauuutiful indie folk rock from this British girl-guy duo. Most of the tracks feature the two of them (they both have beautiful voices) singing simultaneously, which gives the vocals added depth and texture. Tracks range from more traditional acoustic indie folk (1,2 on main disc or 1,3 on bonus disc) to more upbeat, electric tunes (2 on the main disc is AWESOME! check 4 too). There are 2 CD’s: the first is a regular 12-song album, and the 9-song bonus disc is 4 additional tracks plus 5 live versions of songs from the CD. Anyhow, this album is one of my favorite of 2010 so far…good stuff!
