3rd release from this gifted pianist who was a finalist in the 2006 Mary Lou Williams Jazz Piano competition. Lovely arrangements, contemplative for the most part, but definitely not the ho-hum type. Fine collaboration between the ensemble. You don’t have to be religious to enjoy this recording.
